Our Capacity Building Program focuses on equipping women and youth with practical training that enhances their livelihood opportunities and strengthens community development.

Through our Women Empowerment Vocational Training Program, women are trained in income-generating skills such as tailoring, beauty care, and other trades that help them achieve financial independence. Alongside this, we run Handicraft Training Programs to revive traditional art forms and enable women to create sustainable sources of income through their creativity and craftsmanship.
