• We ensure transparency in fund utilization, and donations are directed toward our ongoing programs, hospital projects, healthcare camps, education initiatives, and other welfare activities.

3. Membership & Trusteeship

• Memberships, Founders, Patron Trustees, and associated rights are governed by the internal rules of the Trust.

• Rights and privileges such as annual health check-ups, discounts on hospital treatments, and advisory positions are extended as per the Trust’s official guidelines.

• Memberships are transferable to nominees, subject to approval by the Trust.

4. Events & Programs

• Participation in our cultural, religious, healthcare, and educational programs is subject to the guidelines shared by the Trust.

• The Trust reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel any event or program in case of unavoidable circumstances.

5. Intellectual Property

• All content on our website, including text, images, designs, and logos, is the intellectual property of Samarpan Charitable Trust and cannot be used without prior permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

• While we take every effort to ensure accuracy in our services and programs, the Trust will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our website or services.

• Users participate in events and programs at their own risk, especially during field activities like health camps, awareness drives, and cultural programs.
